Doi Chicken Recipe

1)Chicken meat: 250 grams
2)Salt: to taste
3)Garlic paste: 1 teaspoon
4)Chopped large onion: 1
5)Butter: 1/2 tsp
6)Yogurt: 125 grams or 1 cup
7)Green pepper: 2
8)Ginger paste: 1 teaspoon
9)Black pepper: 1/4 teaspoon
10)Cardamom powder: A little
11)Coriander leaves: 1/2 handful
12)Chili paste: 1 teaspoon

Step 1

Soak the chicken in water with a little salt for 15 minutes. Now wash the meat well and cut it into cubes.

Step 2

To make this fun dish, put chicken in a large pot and add yoghurt. Now add chilli, garlic and ginger paste one by one. Day with cardamom powder, black pepper powder and a little salt. Now mix the ingredients well in the chicken and leave it for two hours.

Step 3

Now put a pan in the oven and put butter in it. If you want to make the food healthier, you can use low fat butter.

Step 4

When the butter starts to melt, add onion in it. When the onion turns brown, cook with the marinated chicken for two minutes. Now cook for another 15 minutes with a little twist.
