Nawabi Semai recipe

See Below For Ingredients

1)Ghee: 2 tbsp
2)Lachcha Semai: 2 packets
3)Sugar: 1 cup
4)Cornflower: 4 tbsp
5)Cream: 1/2 cup
6)Milk powder: 1/2 cup
7)Condensed milk: 1/2 cup
8)Milk: 1 liter

Step 1

First heat the ghee lightly in a pan.
Step 2

Then lightly fry the semaigulo in ghee.
Step 3

When the semai is lightly fried, mix one cup of sugar in it.
Step 4

When sugar is mixed with semai, mix two tablespoons of milk powder in it and fry well.
Step 5

Then take 1/2 liter with one liter of milk.
Step 6

Then mix 1/2 cup of condensed milk, 1/2 cup of cream, 1/2 cup of milk powder and four tablespoons of cornflower well and make cream with fire for 10 minutes.
Step 7

Now take one-fourth of the pre-fried semai in a pot.
Step 8

Then wait for five minutes with the pre-made cream on top of this semai.
Step 9

After five minutes, when the cream cools down a bit, spread the rest of the semai on it.
Step 10

Then garnish with dried fruits of your choice and serve.
