Romantic comedies are one of the easiest genres to sell me on - if you make me laugh in the first five minutes, you'll have me - and 'Sell By' did that. This is one of those films where someone has decided that a coasting relationship that is of little interest to those in it, and of even less to those of us watching needs to be the subject of a bit of shake, rattle and roll.
