The film’s soundscape is built from non-synchronous delayed piano notes, dripping water, whispers, screams, footsteps, and distant echoes, all layered and distorted to create a disorienting rhythm that mirrors her obsessive, looping state of mind. CTRL + Z immerses the audience in the never-ending cycle that consumes her.
