An NYPD hostage negotiator teams up with a federal agent to rescue dozens of tourists held hostage during a 10-hour seige at the U.S. Federal Reserve.
Throwaway sequel that had been long gestating before someone else took up the mantle and made what is an otherwise serviceable but forgettable movie. Acting was so-so with Aml Ameen seemingly doing his best to play the similar cocky character as Washington in the first, I will give it credit for tying to the original at least rather than one of these sequels-in-name-only. **2.75/5**
