If this had any budget at all, they spent it all on boiling the eggs to use as the alien's eyes. Peter Graves ("Dr. Doug Martin") was later to prove that he did, indeed, have a sense of humour but it could hardly have been better exemplified than by his agreement to take part in this sci-fi yarn. Aliens - with a bit of a conscience - arrive on Earth from space determined to resettle it with their own billion-plus population. Snag for them is, they don't want blood on their hands/claws/pincers so they plan to cause ordinary insects and lizards to become giants so they can do their dirty work…
