Yeah, it's a B-Movie. It stinks of B-Movie. It's a neo-noir sort of trope filled strip club obsessed cop movie... ... but it is an entertaining one. It is surprisingly well acted Even after the opening shoot out you could almost feel Berringer on the brink of a heart attack. It's got old faces that still know how to pull a trick or two and some new faces that really need a shot at the big shows. Here and there, like the guy that owns the strip club, you see the standard stage fair, but even then the acting isn't so bad that it stands out. It is a cheap little B-movie, but it's well written…
