I'm late to the party, but this was actually a pretty good series. It definitely didn't take any of the sorry woke dips in writing you'd - >groans< - normally expect from most any comic orientated entity of the past 7-10 years. Loved the adult themes, violence, team-ups, and plot twists in both narrative and scheme. I can't say I like giving Gunn *any* flowers, given the luke warm output in making his Superpeople movies, but this series was masterfully written.
